Stunning street portrait, great deapth of field ! Bravo.
sorry to disappoint you, but he is not an Aborigine, at least not 100%. Notice his skin and hair color.
Almost surely at least of Aboriginal descent. Also I am not so sure Adam that the skin and hair color is the best criteria. Do you know Ernie Dingo (a well-known unofficial ambassador of the Aboriginal people throughout Australia) ? According to your criteria he would not be an indigenous Australian either ? And I tell you he is ! Cheers, Nigel.
I am not a specialist, so I cannot judge. I have seen in Northern Territory and Kakadu areas some Aborigines with very dark skin indeed. But I have also seen in town some people with clearer skin, who are undoubtedly of Aboriginal descent. Which does not make them not Aborigine I believe. Maybe just semantic. Anyway, in the caption I have mentioned Street Artist, so let's pretend he pretends to be Aborigines ;-)Everyone happy ? Cheers, Loic
